My DDS Supply is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

 

 

U.S SUPPLY SHIPPING

My DDS Supply delivers to all over the country.

We ship all over the country via secure mail.

 

 

ORDER PROCESSINGTIMES

Orders will be shipped 1 – 3 days after purchase.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

1 - 7 business days.

Shipping times may vary according to the customer's delivery location.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

My DDS Supply provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.

 

DELAYS

My DDS Supply is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, My DDS Supply is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

 

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

 

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

My DDS Supply will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

 

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

My DDS Supply recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. My DDS Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

 

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which My DDS Supply makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
