My DDS Supplyis committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.
In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
U.S SUPPLY SHIPPING
My DDS Supplydelivers to all over the country.
We ship all over the country and around the world via secure and express mail (FedEx/DHL/UPS).
My DDS Supplyorders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).For security reasons, My DDS Supplywill not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
SHIPPING COSTS
My DDS Supply offers free shipping on all orders.
ORDER PROCESSINGTIMES
Orders will be shipped 1 – 3 daysafter purchase.
Note:Order processing times and shipping times are different.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
My DDS Supply provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.
DELAYS
My DDS Supplyis not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally,My DDS Supplyis not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
My DDS Supplywill not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
My DDS Supplyrecommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. My DDS Supplyis not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which My DDS Supplymakes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
